SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping prices are estimated by artwork size and packaging needs. No matter the size or value, all shipments are insured and professionally packed. Once a purchase is made, you can expect to receive your item in 1-2 weeks. If you have any questions regarding our shipping methods, please contact the gallery.
Some artwork such as encaustics (wax based paintings) will be limited on shipping. Encaustics have a low tolerance for heat without damage and can only be shipped during cool weather. A disclaimer about shipping timeframe will be included on any encaustic sale and the gallery will contact the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Rehfeld’s Art & Framing cannot offer cash refunds on any artwork purchased online or in store. Items can be exchanged or returned for up to 30 days after purchase for in-store credit. All returns must be undamaged and in the same condition of which it was received.
Refunds
Once received, you will be notified of receipt, along with your in-store credit amount; equal to the value of the artwork at the time of purchase.
Shipping Returns and Exchanges
When returning items, clients are responsible for shipping, & insurance costs. Shipping costs for any items sent from Rehfelds to a client, are non-refundable.
