SHIPPING POLICY

Items purchased online will be shipped with USPS. Shipping prices are estimated by artwork size and packaging needs. Rehfeld's Art & Framing will insure shipped packages. Once a purchase is made, you can expect to receive your item in 1-2 weeks. If you have any questions regarding our shipping methods, please contact the gallery.

Some artwork such as encaustics (wax based paintings) will be limited on shipping. Encaustics have a low tolerance for heat without damage and can only be shipped during cool weather. A disclaimer about shipping timeframe will be included on any encaustic sale and the gallery will contact the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Rehfeld’s Art & Framing cannot offer cash refunds on any artwork purchased online or in store. Purchased items can be exchanged or refunded for in-store credit only.

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then you will be notified of your in-store credit amount, equal to the value of the artwork purchased and 50% of the original shipping cost .

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
